Amazing quality over the F250, that rubber/silicone grommet makes all the difference. I love the way the door shuts TIGHTLY now. I have uploaded a video of this on Youtube, take a look.

I used this on my 2011 f250 . This Stryker made the door rattling on my driver door go away, works great easy to install .

It worked Great on my F250 the ones came stock would let doors move and I could hear wind noise at high speeds .
