New inproved heater hose they removed that leaking disconnect fitting now a solid clamp fitting.

didn't like that the clamps were glued to the hoses but it still was a direct fit helped stop the leak in my sister's SUV highly recommend buying this heater hose

I was looking only for the tee plastic part, however Ford doesn't sell it by itself. After some research found this is a common failure point. This is an updated hose assembly and is supposed to improve reliability. Don't expect otherwise since original part lasted 8 years before it leaked. Can't go wrong with OEM. Don't buy offbrands for the small difference in price or you'll be back to changing it 6 months later.
