Exactly what I needed and it got replaced in 15 minutes, after reviewing a YouTube video. FYI, there are two models of this motor. If your vehicle has the feature that stores the mirror settings in memory, make sure you get the motor with memory.

If you're doing it yourself, pay attention to how it comes out, and be gentle reattaching the mirror plate back on.
