2002 F350 fit perfectly and works great even though it said it doesn't fit this truck it is the exact replacement.

What you get is what you pay for, this product is 50 dollars for a plastic box since it is real oem. It fit perfect in my 04 6.0 after my old one got cracked. This is the best way to go unless you do a vacuum reservoir delete kit.

This is a perfect replacement for the infamous "Coffee Can" or "Bean Can" in old Fords. Took me 5 minutes to swap out mine in a 1994 Ford F-150 with 4.9L inline 6 engine.
