Got these (and s pair of chainsaw protective gloves) after seeing my neighbor with a them. I use our chainsaw a lot in the summertime to cut firewood, but dumb me had never really considered buying/wearing protective chaps despite the dangers of just wearing jeans or regular work pants. They have easy to use adjustable straps, they’re not restrictive, but give you the added confidence you hopefully won’t get seriously hurt if an accident did happen. Highly recommended.

I love the peace of mind these give me knowing that if something goes really wrong while using my chainsaw, I have something protecting my legs. They are comfortable enough that I forget I’m wearing them, even after sawing. The straps are easy to use although I can’t help but think there may be a better way to attach it. It includes a small pocket, but it’s really small. Not a whole lot will fit inside it. Maybe a set of car keys (if you’re away from home) or in my case I place a single wedge. Two won’t fit.

I am quite surprised with how good of a quality these appear to be. The fit is exceptional, and I'm over 6 feet tall (and not a small man around either) They're quite comfortable and stay in place when I'm moving around. Needless to say, I am not going to "test" them out, I hope, but I have full confidence that if anything happens, they will keep me from getting injured.

Bought this for weeded eating and they are great! Nothing on my legs at all and saved my shoes. Plenty long (I’m 5’8”). Comfortable fit. Would recommend.

Seem to be made durable. Bought them to wear weed eating with shorts while it is hot out. Then take them off. Working like a charm! They are thick but they look like they will last.
