I got this seat as a spare for my tractor, because I have had to replace the seat twice over the past 15 years, usually because my goats climbed up and played on it, ripping the cushioning.I haven't installed it yet, but read the instructions and examined the parts involved in installing this seat. It's pretty simple, and involves removing two metal tracks and replacing them with the new ones, then sliding the seat onto the new tracks. The size and spacing of my current tracks matched the new ones, just like the previous two had. As I recall, the hardest part of replacing the seats was loosening and removing the old bolts.I did try the seat out and found it supportive and comfortable. I recommend this replacement seat.

Way more comfortable that my original seat. I used this seat to replace my worn-out original seat on my X300 riding lawn tractor. Adjusts way better both front and back as well as reclining. Even has arm rests now!
