I had to purchase this replacement part after the third use. I suggest anyone buying the comfyer formula dispenser purchases an extra one of these bc you’ll most likely need one. I think this design needs a readjustment. This piece is not durable these parts should be made out of metal not the cheap plastic but i still love my machine regardless
