I finally fit my sportster! I’m 6’1” and 260 pounds. I’ve always felt too big for a sportster custom with forward controls… until these. Now it’s perfect! To be honest, any shorter than me and these wouldn’t be for you. It stretches it out a long comfortable ways. My negatives… well, if the oem style studs for the rear brakes were provided rather than simple bolts… that would be preferred. The brake rod touches the exhaust bracket just barley when not on the brakes so it could rattle a bit. And, the shifter side bracket didn’t let the foot pegs slide right in… had to hammer it in and then the bolt was tight all the way in. All in all, happy… it was just a little rough machined for what it costed

These are good quality extensions for forward control kits if you want them a little bit further away than most forward control kits give you. These are on a Sportster 1200 Nightster. If you’re 6’ tall or over and find standard forwards just a bit too cramped, these extensions will help you move your controls about 2-3” more forward than most forward control kits. Note; the kit ONLY contains the brackets and rods plus some hardware. You have to use your stock controls or in my case the controls in the picture are aftermarket. Accutronix- great to deal with. Had an issue with a bracket that had a manufacturing defect and they took care of it right away, no questions asked. Definitely a good product and standup company.

They are very strong and well made. Made my long legs a lot more comfortable on my 2009 XL1200L. Highly recommended!!!!

I'm very happy with these. I put these on a 2007 Harley Sportster 1200 low. I dig the bike, but I'm 6'3" tall and it was a little cramped for me even with forward controls. These extended the forward controls out a pretty good distance and gave me the leg room I needed. My feet are way out front now, takes a little getting used to, but it's good and feels like I'm shifting and braking off of highway pegs. One thing to note, the threads on a couple of the joints of the accutronix were not the same thread as my forwards, this was a problem, but we found the parts at the hardware store with the correct thread, $5 part at Loews, problem solved.

I don't own it. I just want to point out that this model number is BPEXL-6B and if you are looking for something to fit a 2014 model you need BPEXL14-6B which I have only seen available over the phone from their site. I'm thinking of ordering it and will post more if I do.
