This switch did the trick for my old COATS RC-15A!Although not an exact fit item.You will need 2 new longer 3mm mounting bolts. Think I used 3x18. There is no ground wire at the rear of switch but just extended wire and a fixed the green wire to the chassis of this old tire machine. Works great
