Works great. Having the 2 step is essential. The only issue I have with it is the edges feel sharp if you use it often. I sanded the edges and it helped, but if you’re someone who will be opening many wine bottles at a time I wouldn’t recommend this for comfort.

I spotted this in a gift store in Alaska. I thought it was so cute. I purchased two while on travel and had them for my pet sitters with a bottle of wine. It was such a nice gift and they loved it!

When initially received, the wine opener looked great. However, after using it once, the foil cutter is loose from the hinge and is on the verge of breaking off. I would not recommend this if you are looking for something durable.
