This is surprisingly flexible - you can configure it to suit your needs in a lot of ways.The motion was a little stiff at one point in the rotation but loosened up with a little use - its not perfectly smooth yet but I suspect it will be with a little more use.Gears can be mounted on either side of the drive and the mounting arm connects to the drive using a 15mm connection as well as the 15mm clamp - so the drive can even be mounted directly on the rail without the extension/pivot.Rails clamps are solid and easy to use.Stop rings and marking surface are fine and work well -The kit includes a small piece of rail and a mounting bracket that can be bolted directly to a cage as well -Nice little light weight and compact option - both well made and reasonably priced -
