Fotga C50 series monitor includes 2 models: C50S (HDMI+3G SDI input/output) and C50(only support HDMI input/output).Both these 2 models come with the following features:
- All features you want for a monitor: all scopes,waveform,vector,histogram,3D LUT,zoom,anamorphic mode,zebra,peaking,false color,Monochrome,center markett,safety marker,edge enhance,etc
- Super high brightness up to 2000nits.By adopting new technology,the brightness is raised up to 2000nits.Daylight visibile.
- Screen type: IPS screen.Screen touch control and physical button control.Touch screen can be turned on/off in menu,or short-press power switch to turn on or off.Function of physical buttons can be customized for shortcut operation.
- Uninterrupted power supply: Dual NP-F battery plate (one battery does work alone) and DC-in power supply.When using lithium battery,you can also using a DC coupler battery to power your camera through the BAT out port.
- USB port for firmware upgrading and LUT files uploading.There are default undeletable 5 inter LUT files,and you can also import extra 8 LUT files.Built-in instruction in the menu.
- Made of aviation aluminum and high-strength engineering plastic.Lightweight but sturdy.
- Multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 holes at bottom and sides for mounting on different place with flexible method.
- Tips:what's the letter stands for when we name the models:T stands for Touch screen,L stands for 3D Luts,S stands for SDI.
- Common problem you may meet:
Touch screen not work:1.Please check if touch screen function is turned on.Short-press on power switch would cause it turn on or off.2.Some poor quality AC adapter around would also cause touch screen disable.
No Signal: try a difference HDMI or SDI cable.If your version is TLS,please ensure you have already switched to the right signal type through menu.

I use this monitor as my primary monitor for my EOS C200 camera. I like it because of the waveform and false color for proper exposure. The fact that is has both SDI and HDMI is great. You can use small NPF battery to keep the weight down. it's viewable in sun light unlike the stock monitor from Canon. I used to own both Atomos Ninja Shonibi SDI and Portkeys BM5. The price/performance of this monitor is excellent.

I am super happy with this monitor. I love the fact that it's small and light. Having touch controls is fantastic and makes things so easy, "squeeze zooming" with your fingers to assist with focus is fantastic. Gives LUT support and having both SDI and HDMI inputs make it very versatile and helpful. I already have the A50TLS monitor from Fotga, and now have this C50S. I loved the A50 and use the C50 in combination now. I put the C50 with the camera operator and the additional brightness really helps, then use the A50 for the director's monitor with the included sunshade. Speaking of sunshade, I also love that it comes with a sun shade that snaps on, and best of all folds up nicely and can stay on and protect the screen when it is in a case. This is so helpful.Oh, and last but not least, I love that it can run on 1 battery, but has two battery slots for extended use and also can be hot swappable so you never lose power! That's fantastic. Highly recommend this monitor.BTW-I added some pictures when I first received the monitor showing the front and back. The one that shows the screen has the plastic still on to protect the screen during shipping, which I've taken off since.
