This bracket is sturdy. It can be adjusted which is nice. This works well for new construction. There is a 2 year warranty on the mounting plate. Overall good, but a bit pricey if you need very many of them. I heard the price of metal has gone up, so I guess I just need to get used to the new inflation prices.

made of a sturdy gauge metal legs slide out to fit the opening and then hammer the tabs in. can fit multiple size led light in the bracket.

I love using these. I like using these on new house builds so lights can be prewired and the drywallers can have a perfect cut in as well. This is very well built and holds up. The issue is I can only get one at a time and individually they are a bit spendy. Overall nice. Wish you could buy in bulk.
