Company was very accommodating when I reached out to them with a minor issue. Product as described, but if you are looking for perfectly "white" birch branches, these are not that sanitized in appearance. They are real birch branches, cut very nicely and described accurately, but not "perfect," like the fake ones.

The picture doesn't match the description. feels like a pricing tactic. there is cheaper wood out there.

These were ideal to use in large flower pots outside. I found an idea for accessorizing flower pots for winter and used these in the arrangements for a retail space. They worked perfectly!
