Does not come with o rings needed to install. And I'm outside of my return window. What a waste of time and money. A specialized part should come with the specialized o ring to fit. When I called the manufacturer they literally told me to go to the parts store.... did that and none of the 4 stores in my area have o rings that fit.

The valve is restricted and not functioning properly. I had to circle around my AC system looking for the problem before I came back to this defective valve. It cost me much time and money before I had to pull this valve out for inspection. I bought another Valve from the auto parts store at the same price and found it had no restriction compared to this one.

Fit and worked just as expected. Fixed my rear A/C issue in my 2003 Suburban and had been plaguing me for months.

Installed in a 2001 suburban with rear ac solved the issue for me but of course I went through the steps to make sure this was most likely the culprit

Difficult to replace, but replacing it is a must if you don't want to take chances with the rear AC not working as good as it should, or not working at all after rmaking any major repairs to your system, such as those that include replacing the compressor. The expansion valve I removed had a mesh filter, which was completely obstructed.I am sure that if I had not replaced this valve my rear AC would not have worked, or wold have worked very ineffiently. This valve does not have a filter, which I think is good, any debris or contaminants will be filtered by the oriffice tube, which is 1,000% easier to replace. It came with the two o-rings that are needed when replacing it.Over all I am satisfied with the perfect fit and quality of it, just like the original but priced considerably lower.

Fit my 2003 Suburban 2500 with rear A/C perfectly and was easy to install (once I got to it which wasn't easy). I have had the A/C Completely serviced once before and they did not replace this valve. After the second compressor failure when I did it all myself it was the first time this valve was replaced, luckily it didn't appear to be blocked but why take the chance and in order to flush the really long rear lines it had to be disconnected anyway. So far this replacement has been working well.
