This didn't come with additional rubber sleeves that were on my truck originally so I re-used those. I don't think they were that important so I'm not to worried about it. The fittings and hose length were identical so this worked great as a direct replacement. Aluminum on aluminum threads is a recipe for galling... in fact, the old fitting destroyed the evaporator core threads when I removed it. I put anti-seize on the new one to prevent the new one from galling.This came with r134a o-rings, and extra o-rings which I appreciated.
