Installed on my 04 Accord V6. I believe it is the same part and installation process for both engines. However, there is less space to work in with the V6 so be prepared with small handle needle nose pliers or a hose clamp tool. After installing the heat did not work so I had to push down on the metal rod so the valve would open and close with the temp nob. If you are installing this yourself make sure you open and close the valve while looking inside to make sure it works.

The old, OEM valve crumbled away in my hands LOL. I replaced the OEM with this part from Amazon 4 months ago. Save your OEM screws from the old part. The screws included with this valve are short and wimpy. So far, all is well!

It seems to work well. The original valve had started to leak a bit of hot coolant through the heater core so even when the heat was off, fresh air was warmed up. This has solved the problem. The plastic looked fairly thin so I am worried how long it will last. But so far, it installed without a hitch and has performed as it should.
