Needed a housing with a bung for electric fans on my 67 f250 with a 66 intake. I measured the old thermostat housing, scibbed a line all the way around and took the die grinder to it with a bur. Works great and doesn’t leak.

If you have an early FE manifold ( pre 1967 ) this will not work. The early ones used a much larger thermostat, this one that uses the smaller thermostat will not work because the thermostat will fall into the hole. You will need one that was originally set up with the expansion tank with a 2 1/2” thermostat.

Purchased for a Ford 390FE. Fits perfectly and includes the gasket and plug for the outlet on the side of the housing. Not much to it but does its job perfectly.
