Received my first shipment as a defected merchandise, the whole basket assembly was stuck to the bottom as if it was rusted in, so I returned it. I requested to the same model percolator and received it the other day. I found that the metal edges were poorly finished with rough, sharp areas with loose metal shards in some places making it a bit risky to use. Very poor product quality control at the factory. We will keep the percolator because we have the tools to properly smooth out the rough metal edges. Thanks.
