Picture shows a metal edge as the original motor craft but the one that I bought is all plastic. Also made in Taiwan not made in the USA. I wont know if it will work or not until I remove the old filter.

Bout it together with the transmission oil pan; I bought it at Amazon because I called couple auto parts place and they didn't have the transmission oil pan because my car is old an 2007 Mazda 3 I fit perfect i am so happy

I have read good quality reviews about this company they have a good reputation in car filter bussiness so i have to try it, Though it looks like the engine oil filter is small so small compare to other brands not sure if will have some effects on its performance. Well then we have to find out!!!!!!

This fits the Mazda 6 2004 transmission perfectly. It was a lot of work to find what transmission was used in the Mazda 6 for that year. I found out that it is a Ford transmission. Make sure you use the correct transmission fluid, Mercon-V, it has a higher viscosity for these transmissions.

Bought for my 2007 Mazda 3, worked great. A word of advice, make sure you clean the old gasket off really well on the pan and as well as the car before applying.

Installed on my father in-law's Focus SES. The pan used an OEM liquid gasket which I cleaned off thoroughly. The provided gasket was thick, and after a few months on the car it is not leaking. Filter was exactly the same as the OEM filter it replaced.
