So... I ordered the sink not knowing much about it. Showed up and was in love with material and finish. Didnt like the fact it was broken in 12 pieces on arrival. Ordered replacement and also showed up shattered. 3rd time showed up cracked and broken also. Decided to find one locally but nobody has exact same thing. Lowes sells franke brand and had similar model, which we liked better anyways. Also took it home and was cracked very small. Took it back for another. Eventually om our 7th sink we installed one intact and love it. Bought the Kohler similar type during all this thinking itd be close but that just looked plasticy... returned that one. Very glad about franke brand just not shipping of it. Do yourself a favor and buy locally so you know it wont be broken.

I gave this sink a 1 star rating because I loved the sink! The color was perfect! It is shipped direct from the company instead of Amazon and they do not package it well. I ordered 3 sinks and all three were broken.They were packaged without wrapping the sink at all, only styrofoam on the corners. The box was not marked fragile. I gave them 3 chances but was running out of time and had to purchase a sink from another company.

I purchased the sink to match my new granite. The color is perfect! However, as others have stated it arrived cracked. They need to package it better. It was obvious it was dropped on a corner and the flimsy styrofoam broke and it cracked the sink. They do automatically send you a new one if you requested instead of a return. I'll report back on that condition of the sink when I receive it. Such a shame.

Like another review said, the color is not as creamy or warm looking as the photo. It is a very light beige more on the grey side. I’m really not a fan of all the grey happening in the design world so I was bummed. But in the kitchen under a down light it does look more bright and pretty. It shipped all the way to us in Australia with no cracks or damage at all. We are excited to install and use it.

I do like this sink, although, it is much lighter in color than shown in the picture and as described. It was between this linen color and the champagne color and a went with the linen because it was much cheaper. It could have been a little more of a cream/beige color as what I was hoping for, it's more white with a hint of color ..Just installed.. I'm unsure the easy-to-clean review because we have not had a chance to have to clean it yet.

Replaced a black cast iron (never again) with this one and we couldn't be happier. It was easy to install, it looks fantastic, and cleans very easy. So far (1 month) no stains.

Beautiful sink however the finish on it prevents it from staying it’s true color. It tends to look dull. I’ve tried cleaning it with everything and have had no luck. It’s less than a month old

As much as I LOVE the sink, the best part of this purchase was the customer service.It arrived broken and we were on a tight timeline. I figured I'd have to buy something at a Big Box store immediately just to stay on our time budget but the moment I clicked Return, they sent me another sink.Two days later, I had a beautiful, perfect new sink. The Linen color is ideal for our kitchen style.Install went very well and attaching the faucet was so easy.I'll definitely use this company for future renovation items.

I just remodeled my kitchen and chose a Franke composite sink in mocha and a Franke faucet also. The sink is so deep that it is a joy to use, and I've not had any white film that others have mentioned. I follow the instructions as to the care of the sink and it's no more work to take care of then any other sink. And besides that, it looks very handsome in my kitchen and makes it very rich looking. I look forward to having this sink for many years and I believe that Franke is a wonderful product.
