The treated media comes already mixed with Frankford Arsenal Brass Polish. Media can be used repeatedly, but should be replaced periodically for optimum performance.

I use this media currently and I purchased more because it wears out after quite a bit of use. The main reason I am leaving a review is because it was handled like a red-headed step child by USPS. The lid of the jar was broken and a lot of the media was spilled inside the packaging. I really wish Amazon would use UPS more often. I have had bad luck with products being smashed or bent when USPS delivers. But, as I said at the beginning, Franklin Arsenal brass cleaning media is great.
