This stuff works great but it is too much for the small tumbler.

I used one of these in my wet tumbler and I feel like I have no reason to experiment with anything else. I polished up 500 .223 cases and they are pristine. Once fired primer pockets do not require scraping.

I tumble about 500 9mm casings with steel media, a few drops of dawn, and these cleaning pods. The cases come out looking beautiful. I’ve been told that this is very similar to lemishine, and it does smell a little lemony. But it still works great and it’s easy to use.

For many years I used the liquid product. It worked fine but was somewhat messy. I usually put 500-600 pieces of 9mm brass in the tumbler. Add water and drop one of these packets and they come out looking brand new. Easy peasy.

Be warned these will burn your skin if you come in contact with the wash water. Pretty much like most concentrate capsules of any detergent - they have aggressive pH levels. That being said my brass is shiny, spotless and even seems to dry more quickly with zero water marks. Not cheap but also so much easier and more fool proof than citric acid and dish soap.I will be watching for them on sale and will buy up.I will be using them from now on.

I've been using the blue liquid for years with my FA rotary tumbler, 1/2 cup per load of whatever I'm cleaning. The FA liquid worked very well, but in a comparison of costs, these packets are a slightly better value than buying the FA liquid. I've ran several loads of .308, 9mm, and .45ACP through with these packets in my rotary tumbler with 5# of steel media. These packets clean the brass much better than the liquid ever did.Therein lies the conundrum, while the liquid worked very well, and these packets work even better, I am finding that there is a significant amount of residual brass flecks in the water when using these packets versus what I ever found when using the liquid. My big concern is that these packets are actually degrading my brass more than the liquid ever did, because all those brass flakes had to come from my deprimed brass. Every single load was deprimed prior to rotary tumbler like I always do, just a significant amount more brass flecks are being left after using these packets. I've queried FA, but I'm wondering if others are experiencing this too.

Work great and does a better job than Dawn and Lemi shine. If brass not to dirty you could wash 800 9mm at the time.
