This is probably one of my favorite nerf toys. When I say it whips the ball, it actually does. It can definitely leave a mark if you hit it right lol. It’s so fun to play with and not cheaply made.

I was surprised at how much the kids loved nerf bowling. It's not surprising how much fun nerf guns are I just never expected them to enjoy bowling just as much.But they loved the slingshot. We ended up having a whole tournament over Christmas break.It was tedious setting up the pins, but it was fun knocking them down.Every kid is different, but I think it's a game that is worth a try. Definitely a great gift.

This game is somewhat difficult to play. It's a little easier when you put the slingshot on the floor and aim from there, even though the picture on the box shows the kid aiming from above. My 6 y/o played with it twice and then forgot about it. It might be more fun for older kids.

My son does not lack for Nerf guns, but he doesn't have anything like this. He loves bowling and he loves Nerf and this combines both. As soon as he unwrapped this he set it up and started slinging the ball down the hallway. It will be good for indoor and outdoor play. It's created some structure to his Nerf gun play and the pins double as targets for his dart guns.

We've been playing this the last few nights and find it more frustrating than fun. We all must just be really bad shots because we miss the pins all the time and it seems near impossible to hit them. The funniest part was when my husband saw us all missing and thought he'd be Mr. Studly with this smug look on his face like you guys are just doing it all wrong, let me show you how it's done...then took his turns and wildly missed too and didn't hit a single target. They didn't include very good visuals either on the best way to hold and use the slingshot. But everything is pretty durable quality and those with better skills will probably enjoy it more than we have.

The NERF Kids Slingshot Bowling Game Set is an absolute winner with my 4-year-old! It's become an instant favorite in our home. Overall it's a quality product that is built pretty well but my two teenagers became bored with it fairly quickly as the novelty of it wears off after a couple games. Might be better suited for younger kids and hold their attention longer.
