I've worn over 40 pairs of work/hiking/tactical boots that are available on Amazon. These are one of the most comfortable boots for hiking. I typically wear 9.5 and since these aren't available in half sizes I decided to go down to the 9. I would say these run a little large as they fit good without being too tight. The styling is nice. The outside material sheds water. The tongues are sewn on the sides so dirt and debris won't find their way into the boot. They are very comfortable with a good balance between a firm platform and cushion for all day use. The upper material and the part around your ankle is soft against your leg. The insoles have some arch support and have a good amount of cushion. I don't like overly soft insoles when hiking or working all day as the "squishiness" sometimes leads to blisters. These have a good balance between comfort and stability without being too squishy. The bottom of the soles offer really good traction on rough surfaces. The material is probably a rubber blend as the blocks are fairly stiff but still give a little to grip wet surfaces. They offer good traction for climbing on rocks, etc while hiking and have good toe protection. Highly recommend!

Good boots , pretty well made , comfortable, water resistant. The only thing to keep in mind, go a size bigger.

These boots are great and get 5 stars. They fit just like they should and are very comfortable. I wish I had a pair of these when I was active duty. They are excellent. I highly recommend.

These are very high quality and well made boots. The neutral color goes with everything and the material is nice and thick. These fit as expected and are extremely comfortable for hiking boots. The bottoms provided great grip during my hike. There was almost no slippage and there was a lot of loose gravel. These are also fashionable in my opinion in an understated way.

These are probably the best boots I've ever worn, they fit perfectly and the quality is great. The suede looks really nice and is well put together. The rubber feels high quality and doesn't feel like it'll tear or crumble like cheaper boots do and they are surprisingly light for boots so your feet don't get sore after wearing them all day.
