This makes foot pockets more reactive and also prevents them from bending excessively. Please follow the guide in the last picture of the listing to choose the correct size. Please choose the next size if you intend to wear 3-5 mm socks. For example, if according to the guide your size is 43-44 => with 3-5 mm socks you should choose size 45-46. NB! These foot pockets (and the ones that come with the fully built fin sets) run CRAZY big. The sizing chart is completely inaccurate. I know it runs big so I ordered TWO sizes smaller than it said and the things are still too big. I tried to exchange them, can't do that. In order to return them I have to pay $50 to ship them back, they only cost $78!!! Do NOT buy these unless you've tried them on in person first. Also, my left foot pocket almost fits, it would work with a thicker sock, but the right is almost a full size bigger. Idk what is going on, i've heard this company is great but this is unreal. This is the second pair of foot pockets we've gotten that are way too big and we cant return them.
