This product was described as "Used - Very Good. Item will come in original packaging. Packaging will be damaged." in an Amazon Warehouse Deal. Item actually received was clearly pulled from an assembled unit, as the white 'epoxy' coating was already all chewed up at the ends where it slips into the mounting bracket. Even setting aside the issue of inevitable rust, since I didn't plan to hang it using a standard bracket these damaged areas would be plainly visible. I could find a shelf in better shape just by taking a morning stroll around the neighborhood on garbage day...Condition more accurately described as "Used - POS. Item looks like it was pulled from a dumpster."

I had a built in hamper in our remodeled closet, which I never used. So I took it out and added shelves. It is perfect for my shoes!!!
