The description never gave overall dimensions, just thicknesses of the slices and combined weight. So the pieces are pretty small. The overall block is 1.5" high x 3.5" wide x 6" long (37 mm x 88 mm x 152 mm long). The wax is more brittle to work with than I expected (I bought the 'medium' hard blue stuff). Maybe the softer version is better. I suppose, for jewel-makers, the less-than-business-card size works but I was hoping to carve something a little more significant. I suppose I could melt it into better dimensions for my own use.
