This is a great product to help keep you from having to replace the entire freezer door. It is quite tricky getting the door back on once repaired so you definitely want to find the makers YoutubeTutorial to help you out. Which is another great thing, thanks for the video IFIXIFI!! Very happy with this. I only needed one but went ahead and ordered two as I imagine the other end will fail at some point as well given the age of our camper.

Couldn't tell you how this part broke but glad I was able to find a replacement as I had a trip in a few days. The cost of the part was terribly high for what it was and I think they know that, but since there are few sellers, they are gouging us. Had I searched first. I would have found the design for free on thingaverse and 3d printed it myself. But it did what I needed it to do and that's fix my fridge.
