It works exactly as advertised and looks good doing it. It is designed well and does a pretty good job of keeping the coffee hot for a while. I like it.

This French press works well and it is easy to clean and store. It's a good value for the money and looks like it will last a while. Recommend.

This is a very stylish French Press, that's what caught my attention first and foremost, I'm used to seeing French Presses with a lot of metal on them or black plastic but I've never seen an all glass one (or almost all glass). It's double walled insulated which does what it's supposed to and holds the heat as long as any other press I've used over the years, I don't really notice any coffee silt at the bottom any more than any other press I've used, which is unavoidable in any press no matter the cost. The handle originally freaked me out because I'm always paranoid about glass breaking or getting hot because glass conducts heat so well but no problem yet. My only concern with this French Press is the chrome part of the lid feels extremely cheap and I am very worried it will break easily so I am treating it with kid gloves. The lid does not go in the dishwasher, I deal with that by hand and gingerly.Overall it's a nice looking press that does what it's supposed to, I appreciate the aesthetic of it, the price is meh, I've bought nicer ones for cheaper at HomeGoods but it's up to you really what you are comfortable paying for whatever you're getting. Would I buy this again? Probably not, the lid is a deal breaker for me and I've come to find I don't like clinching my gut every time I pick up the press by it's glass handle (PTSD from glass items in the past breaking in my hand which then sent me to the ER for stitches).

Handsome and works very well as an insulated French press for coffee. Pours really well. Mostly glass and metal, but there will be some plastic in contact with hot liquid. The underside of the lid and the grate through which the coffee is poured is black plastic. Good insulation, as claimed. In a 74 degree F room, hot water temperature dropped from 200 F to 155 F in one hour--still good and hot for drinking. My pot arrived with NO "silicon base", nor was there any mention of it on the box. I double checked...and nothing. Towards the end of the description there is some wording that seems to apply to a different product--such as "fitting in most backpacks" and "mesh filter bag". It can indeed be used to foam milk, and does a quick job of it--but what a mess if you decide to take the lid and plunger out so you can spoon out the foam! I would have considered this a very high quality press if the lid had been all metal. As it is, the glass container and the plunger are good quality, but the lid feels cheap. If you don't mind hot liquids being in contact with plastic, this is a worthwile purchase.

This is a good looking French Press. It is much larger than my old one and I like being able to make several cups of coffee at one time. The insulation is good and kept the coffee warm but not as hot as I like. It is easy to clean.I felt that perhaps this was a returned product as the packaging was not pristine with the closure being torn up. I don't know if this was supposed to come with any type of information / instructions but it did not. That would have been nice, not necessarily needed but helpful.I also noticed a price change from $17.99 when I received mine a few days ago to the current price of $32.99For that price, or lower, there are a lot of presses to choose from. If you can live with that price then I could recommend this one.

This French press makes a wonderfully flavorful and smooth cup of coffee. I love that it offers a larger capacity than others I’ve used. It easily fills a few proper large mugs, not just small restaurant-sized cups. There was more than enough for a refill, and even a third cup to share. The temperature retention really impressed me. It kept the coffee warm even beyond the 1-hour mark mentioned in the description. The four-stage filter system works beautifully; there was no grit or residue in my first or second cup.I’m especially excited to use it for brewing loose-leaf tea, as I grow and harvest my own herbs. The build quality feels very solid, and I appreciate the thoughtful design touches like the non-slip base. Highly recommended for coffee and tea lovers alike!
