I purchased this A/C - Heater model. I only found out that it requires a sleeve after receiving the unit. This information is not in the description on the website. I tried contacting the seller about the sleeve and they do not sell it, nor did they have the information as to which sleeve I needed. The dimensions on the site is the dimensions of the shipping box and not the unit itself! I had to contact Friedrich myself to get the information of which sleeve fits this unit and get the dimensions of the unit and the sleeve itself.It's was too late for me to return the unit, and the seller does not stand behind their mistake. Amazon was no help to me either. The description on this website needs to be changed to include the correct dimensions and to put the disclosure that it takes a separate purchase of the sleeve, which is required in order to be installed. It should also list which sleeve is needed for this unit; which is USC.
