Packaged very well to keep it safe. My first impression was that it is made of good plastic. Installed well, no problems. A few days after installation, it's still in good working order and I feel pretty good about it. We'll see if my 3 year old decides to climb this one and break it as well.Ordered from frigidaire, this would have cost twice as much between pricing and shipping, something about a $25 oversized fee. I priced it, got the part numbers, then shopped amazon. I'm happy with it and my other replacement parts. Had to order a shelf track and a freezer shelf. I'd do this again if I need to.

Had to replace my meat drawer on my old Kenmore fridge. The factory replacement drawer was about 100$. Once I found this cheaper similar replacement, I decided to take the risk and purchase it. Not only does it fit, but fits perfectly and is defiantly an upgrade. Very happy with it!

Fits perfectly in our Frigidaire, but ours only lasted about a year before it developed another crack on the front of the drawer. Literally while I was replacing it after looking up the part number to reorder another, part of the slider broke off.So yes, it fits and works. But it's such a temporary solution that Amazon now recommends I "subscribe and save" because I need a new one about once a year.

I broke the drawer to my Frigidaire fridge. The new part was a tad bit bigger but it still fit securely in its place. The writing on the tray is in gray instead of white and it says “cool drawer” instead of “deli”. Other than that it appears to be very similar to the original part. My fridge is about 16 years old so I was just glad I could still get the replacement tray. It was about $65 which seems like a lot but was still cheaper than other places. So far, so good.

It was great to find this drawer available on Amazon. We bought a used fridge and this was one of the imperfections. Being able to replace with the perfect size and great construction made a used fridge like new. So easy to install and looks great!
