The thread holding the potentiometer had broken at the base but there was no way to repair it - only replace the board with display. Was pretty simple to disassemble and replace - took no more than 30-45 minutes. A lot of that time was figuring out how to get to the board and display. Worked perfectly. Saved me hundreds in an Appliance Repair service. Packaging was great and shipping was fast. Highly recommend.
