I bought this washing machine May of 2023 it it is already broken. It over flowed and caused $2000 in damage to my floors. Called Frigidaire and they were like to bad we only provide a one year warrenty. Do not buy this product.

I like this Frigidaire washing machine better than any washing machine I've ever had in my entire life! Frigidaire is the only brand that I will buy..I love Frigidaire! The Spin Cycle never worked on this machine and we tried to obtain Warranty Service from Frigidaire. Frigidaire's support was non-existent. The company they assigned to handle the warranty service did not call us. We called them and the technician called back nearly two days late rand left a voicemail saying he would be going on vacation and would not be available for two weeks. He suggested we contact Frigidaire to arrange for someone else to handle the warranty work. We called Frigidaire and they stated the earliest they could find someone to handle the warranty service was two weeks hence. I asked if we could have a local technician do the work. They said yes, but they REFUSED to pay for that cost. We called Amazon and they processed a return for us. Clearly, Quality Control and Customer Service are not strong at Frigidaire.

Having been running on the same washer & Dryer for the past 12 years it was imppossible for me to realizehow far they have come with Washers & Dryers.I have used my new Frigidaire Three times now and it is amazing.I havn't had enough soilled clothing to do afull load BUT it is a pleasure to use.I can hardly wait for my dryer tpo give up[ the ghost spo IO can get the matyching Dryer and would have probably got the dryer anyway but couldn't rashinalize the extra money being on a fixed income anmd all.Anyway wonderfull machine (quiet) well balanced and so much superior to my old washer,I would be delightedto give this machine an extremely high rating and 5 stars doesn;t seem like enough so I am goiong to rateit at nine and a half stars.RobertPlease forgive the misspelling but that wasn't me it was my computer

This machine is AWESOME!! I can’t tell you enough about having the ability to fill the tub the whole way full of water. It could be my imagination, but I don’t think so, that the clothes are much cleaner. This machine has a huge tub and full agitator. There are multiple menu selections available to mix and match the cycle to your custom need. From watching the agitator move the clothes through the wash cycle, I have no doubt the clothes are much cleaner, like deep cleaned. I bought it online from Amazon, it was shipped to my home and even delivered a day ahead of time! My daughter and myself got the washer inside using a dolly. Once she left I finished the hookup to the waters for drainage system. It works perfectly. I had a bigger machine that broke down twice in 5 years, this time they couldn’t even get the parts to repair it. Repairman said if the could get the parts it would be $500 to repair it. Well they couldn’t get the parts. So much for such a high priced item. Never again will I pay that kind of money when I can get a machine I am much more satisfied with, and was less expensive—more in my price range now I’m retired. Thank you Amazon and AMTrucking for your great work.

The machine works great so far. It uses very little water and at the same time gets the clothes clean. The high efficiency technology saves water and energy and is much easier on the clothes than old technology machines.The only reasons it is not getting five stars are:Delivery took over five weeks and I had to tip the delivery people to deliver it to my laundry room and carry the old one out.I was led to believe the machine was manufactured in USA. The name plate on the machine says very plainly “Made in China”
