Seems to work fine. Fits correctly, and I haven't had any issues. Note that a filter like this may reduce the airflow of your AC which can decrease efficiency, but I haven't noticed much of a change personally. If you're concerned about that, it might be a better idea to just get a separate air purifier.

The product does what it describes, its great at filtering out dust from the air. I live in a dusty/humid house and typically my AC's get mold growth around the vent, which requires constant cleaning. I'm not sure if this filter helps with that specifically but since using it, I haven't had ANY mold on/in/or around my AC. I would recommend getting this a giving it a try.

Fits perfectly in the Frigidaire 14,300 BTU Window-Mounted Connected Room Air Conditioner. Really cuts down on dust and coupled with the standard mesh filter, keeps the pet hair from entering into the coils. Great design. Claims to last a whole season - had it installed for a month and it is down to 80% percent according to the Frigidaire app. Good so far.
