To be blunt the best thing about this item is that it is an OEM product and is approximately $40 cheaper to buy on Amazon than it is to buy at my local appliance store will be buying this item in the future again no doubt

Have been using these filters since buying the refrigerator, have had no problems. I was gone for work, and my wife called a local dealer, and he came and put in a new filter, but it was a generic filter. My wife asked it it was as good as a Frigadaire model, and the repair person, said he thought they were and they are much cheaper to buy. He said you are buying the name not the filter.....
