I love cheese but find manual cheesemaking very complicated (plus you need lots of equipment) I could not believe my eyes when I tried Fromaggio. In just a few clicks I was able to make lots of different types of cheeses. Incredible.Plus Fromaggio cheese has that homemade taste- so much better than what I buy. It’s the magic cheesemaker ive been dreaming of!

This is the first time I have ever made cheese I followed the machines guide and online app and I made fresh mozzarella today and used some fresh basil from my garden and tomatoes I bought to make a nice refreshing mid day snack
