I cant say I remember exactly what my LR3 felt like when it was new but this has to be close. It fits, it was a pain to do but I dont blame the product, in fact this feels like awesome quality and its a great price.

This feels and looks like the air shock on my 2013 LR4. The materials are very much the same. No branding at all the only thing on the shock itself is a number that almost reads like a date code on the silver metal body - but no idea if it means anything. Will also say it looks identical to one my friend ordered, installed and also paid substantially more for - that shock has good reviews as well so im feeling pretty good about this shock. They look as though they could be made from the same manufacturer.. still need to see if that code is on his though. Im having weird noises on my front right side - the shock may or may not be cause. Have been replacing parts to no avail .. this is going to be my last resort in trying hunt this down. But definitely wanted to have it on hand and ready to go as they tend to fail suddenly ..Or so i hear .. having this on standby until i can do more investigating and repairs just seemed like it could save me from being stranded and waiting on a shock if & when. Also hate replacing good parts though which ive been doing alot with this issue it seems ..something will make it go away for days and i think its fixed ... then its back. No doubt we have entered the time period of probably needing to do the shocks sooner than later. I like that my friend is driving around on one that looks identical. This may or may not mean a thing i suppose - time will tell - I will update after we get this on and put some miles on it . My rating of 3 stars is neutral and hopeful here. The parts looks good. I expect it to be fine. I just cant give higher rating until its install/ tested and some decent mileage put on it. Will update when i get time to install !
