Line Lock Kit for Brakes

  • Keep the brake pressure on the front or rear brake to keep the vehicle on the start line on the hill or start line. Also, locking the wheels creates more efficient combustion to heat the tires.
  • Brake line lock is designed to be mechanical as a separate system, which means it won't fail due to leaks or loss of pressure.

Note

(1) Should not be engaged for more than 60 seconds.

(2) Sometimes the port drilled off center,this is the result of a labour operation ,it will not affect the use of the electric solenoid kit. Because when the electric line lock brake is connect to power supply and starts working,magnetic field is generated inside the product to close the valve by suction.

(3) This line lock is to be installed in the front and rear braking system for drag race staging or burnouts. This solenoid will not impede normal braking when installed correctly.

Center Hole

  • The product is manually punched, so there will be a few cases where the hole is not in the middle, but it will not affect the function and use of the product.

Pipe Tape

  • Our product comes with pipe tape. After Installation, wrap the tape around the connection to solve the problem of leakage.

Instruction

  • Before disassembly, clean all connections and surrounding areas. Do not allow anything enter the braking system.

  • Always use a brake line wrench when securing fittings.

  • Use a tube bender for bending lines to avoid kinking and breaking. Use teflon tape on NPT (pipe thread) fittings only.

  • Easy to install, but professional installation is recommended.

Installed per crappy instructions, will hold when turning rotor by hand but not when car is on the ground giving it any throttle. Gets super hot pretty sure I got a bad one. Had to wrap ALOT of Teflon tape around fitting to get it to seal up. Good luck!

Everything went together as it should and the fit and finish looks great. My only complaint it that it does not come with the fittings for the brake lines to thread into and I had to find my own.The line lock works perfectly.

Nice product, BUT , no instructions at all ! Finally found some on the internet, still didn’t say where to put brake lines , which is upper and which lower ?
