The bolts are 10mm on the sled for the bumper but it’s much easier if you replace them with Phillips head bolt bc of how tight they fit. The number fits perfectly and like all the other reviews it was a pain to put on but it’s worth it if you had a smashed up one like mine. Takes two people but I did it with my 13 year old son and he practically did it all himself.

When I tried to install this on my 1999 Skandic the holes did not line up within a bolt length and so I was not able to run the bolt through and pull it into place. I tried heating it to expand it, pulling on it, clamping it and ended up gouging the holes out with a cutting bit, using a longer bolt and tightening the bolts in turn until I got the best fit possible. It looks okay but I see the misalignment.

Takes two people to install. Wish it came with hardware slightly longer than original but would recommend. Solid. Also didn't come with replacement reflector stickers to go back over bolt heads.

Good fit (after I straightened out the front end). Bolted on easily, six bolts and done. Customer service was excellent with product information as well.

Bought this bumper for my ski doo formula s. I agree with the one reviewer the quality is better than original, but to say it's manufactured exact OEM if not true at all. Fit up is very difficult, it took 3 of us to stretch and pry it into lineup. After finally getting it bolted up it looks nice and feels very sturdy.

Replacement bumper for 2000 Skidoo Touring F snowmobile from SNO Stuff. Quality appeared better that the original.Had to " spring" it slightly for installation which made for a nice tight fit. Feels strong and solid. Only wish it came with replacement reflector tape to go over the mounting bolts
