Manufacturer didn't provide any link for app to transfer files from dash cam to mobile phone for Instant use.Or, you can not share video recording files by any means.You must have to remove memory card to transfer files.

Great quality screen and reasonably responsive. There is some delay on startup which restarts if powered by accessory power. The power cord is long enough for most applications but needed to buy a longer auxiliary cable for my installation. Found that the Bluetooth streaming was skipping so reverted to using auxiliary on car stereo and Bluetooth on mirror. This does require waiting for CarPlay before connecting Aux.

This product works well when it works but nearly every drive at some point (and often multiple times) the android auto connection is lost and after a minute returns. Meanwhile, this means your audio your listening to gets cut off. The maps you were following disappear. Suddenly I'm having to fuss with my phone more when this was supposed to provide a better hand free experience but the technical issues means I need to use my hands more than ever and stare and click buttons on multiple screens. I've had to give up on Android auto and use it as strictly a back up camera set up. Issue is I previously had a working camera set up and this purchase was now a complete waste for me. Camera is bad in low light conditions.Update: customer support has been good. I was contacted and efforts have been made to make me happy with the purchase. The company seems interested in positive customer experience and reviews.

The SD slot makes the item not work when inserted. A new one will work for a while then it’ll just freeze up the system until removal. I think Amazon is reshipping bad returns to new customers!

Rearview camera was easy to install and has clear video. Android auto and Apple play has seamless connection. Customer service is top notch since I ran into an issue with the battery on the device and they worked with me to get a replacement. Totally recommended.

DVR front and rear has good quality, the cameras are great. Bluetooth connectivity was easy to set up, android auto plays nicely with it.Update: the FM transmitter is failing and so has the power cord.

Pros does everything as expected, maps via Apple play ,it mirrors almost everything on your phone , it will read your text and you can dictate your text, hands free . It’s touch screen . It can’t play your tube on it .Volume if not plug in thru the 3mm jack in your car will be extremely low to hear from this device . You will see some glear if exposed to light , not terrible but you will get some . At night it’s a beautiful screen.Pairing is ok , it doesn’t always pair right away even with automatic pairing. But it works once is paired and it stay paired. . It records continuously once you have a micro sd card not included of course. And you can play recordings right on it ,no need to take the micro sd card out . I tried to use it on my car dash with a mount and it works better but I didn’t like wires laying on my dash and besides it produces lots glare but it’s more effective to me because it’s reachable and easy on the eyes instead of looking up at the rear vie mirror in up position.I usually use it as a cam recorder front and back , so it records both simultaneously. Other wise I use my phone for the map which is way louder .Other than that I think it’s a well made item strong easy to set up , got some nice features and it’s slick and gorgeous but the sound is extremely low for navigation if not plug in thru the fm transmitter or directly to car 3mm jack plug .

The product seemed nice. However, after setting up Apple CarPlay, the sound quality was terrible. If you use the regular Bluetooth mode and turn the volume down on your phone the audio sounds pretty good. But I bought this specifically for the Apple CarPlay, and once connected to CarPlay you can’t adjust the volume on your phone to make the audio clear and it sounds terrible. Not being able to use that with good quality is a no for me, especially for the price. Also, the product was so heavy that once mounted to my rear view mirror, I came out to my car the next day and my mirror had fallen off of the windshield. So now I have to send this pos back and put my mirror back on.

It did work , I did like it but it’s need work on power source. It’s short circuit and won’t come back on but customer service is A1 awesome they was able to help with everything. I wouldn’t mind buy again if they fixed that issue
