When I unpacked it, it looked industrial, heavy duty, ready to go on, similar to kkbike brand but not as refined. I installed it with no difficulty, fit perfectly with no play. I did use blue locktite on the threads, and torqued them to ten pounds, to ensure they would stay in. Happy overall.
