Arms arrived in good condition and move to the open position well without scratches as has been mentioned in other reviews. However, the spring tension holding the wiper arm down onto the windshield is lighter compared to the original arm removed and the steel shaft of the arms seem to be thinner and more flexible than the OEM ones, which furthers the problem. The arm mount spline that mounts onto the vehicle must be a little larger in diameter as well, because when I got it fully seated down onto the mount, it wobbles ever so slightly, so not a true exact fitment. They look good, but I can't recommend them to other users as having critical items such as wiper arms in a rainstorm that aren't applying sufficient pressure to your windshield, as well as not mounted tightly to the motor posts is not something a customer should be concerned about during a rain/ice/snowstorm...can't recommend, and you might want to go with an OEM part on something as critical as this.

Easy to put on, suggest if your changing out your arms install your wipers before you put them back on. On my 1994 Chevy 1500 pick up for some reason the drivers side adjustment is way off and I could not adjust it any more so I had to bend the arm in order for the wiper not to go far over to the door side. I still need to bend it some more because it now does not make proper contact with the windshield but that is my doing NOT the manufactures product failure.
