Love this cup it is my new favorite and keeps my drinks cold all day someday there is still ice in it after all day long! Would like to know how to buy extra straws for the indise of the cup so if the one it came with stops working I can replace it!

This cup keeps my water very cold and the ice lasted a long time in it. I liked it so much. I got two other different size ones.

Does not keep ice all day. Filled this up with ice at 7am and it was half way melted by 10am. Fully melted by 2pm. I have an old Simple Modern that is lopsided from dents on the bottom that the ice lasts longer in. Disappointed as I love my universal frost buddy. Definitely going to return as this was falsely advertised to hold ice for several more hours than it does.

Only gave 4* review as I ordered the black and got a black with grey flag print on the bottle. Couldn’t find anywhere on the listing that had it on it and didn’t want to deal with sending it back to get it corrected. I’m assuming midnight black must be the all black.So far it’s build quality is outstanding and the option to chug or sip is amazing. Love that it’s actually takes some extra steps to open the chug option. As I planned on throwing this in my backpack from time to time and not having to worry about it opening up.

This product is one of the better ones I have come across. It does exactly what it says it will do and I like the idea of a straw to sip on and the mouth piece to drink from . It keeps drinks nice and cold for a long time. I haven't tried to see how well it works on keeping things hot yet but I'm sure it will work just fine.
