Bike arrived in good shape, and was easy to complete the last few steps. Important - you need to add oil, at least 8 oz. Nothing tells you this. Our bike had an iffy carburetor, which lead to a broke pull-start after a few days. The company, to their credit, replaced both for free quickly. The bike is a hoot, my kid loves it. Definitely buzzy and needs more padding in the seat, but it is fast (18-20 mph). Also, the steering is a bit twitchy (bike could use another degree or so of rake), but he rides it like a champ.

they run great, my kids love them, they are pretty fast for a 7 year old too. My 10 yr old daughter got scared of it i think. One bike came with goggles and gloves. The other one just had gloves.

Bought this bike for my daughter for Christmas and have been highly disappointed. It initially started and she was able to ride it for 10 mins and then it stalled out. It was leaking gas and oil. Contacted company and they sent 3 carburators which did not fix the problem. On my 4th attempt to contact them to get this issued resolved. But Im sure we'll receive another carburetor and it will not fix it. Do NOT purchase unless you want a headache and your child to be disappointed. 1 star for it looks nice and clean sitting in my garage.

Our sone rode this bike 3-4 times since he got it for Christmas and it’s now not running! It is leaking gas into the oil!
