Bring a friend to help you assemble. It's not hard, but you MUST look CAREFULLY at the included, wordless directions to see which way each of the hooks face, and which side is up and which side is down, or you are going to have a bad time. I was cursing like crazy because between my 18 year old son and I, our dyslexic selves couldn't get anything facing the same way at the right time. I had to go back to the original listing and really squint at the way it was put together, because it cleverly relies on hook around metal and creating tension as you put it together. So if you are like me and frequently are referred to as "dense" or a "space cadet", take your time and carefully look at the directions first. That's not a drawback though. We felt utterly stupid when we got it together. The wire material is a deep bronze color, looks great. The material is sprayed smoothly and glides on the countertop. There is a middle shelf that attaches to the main frame. We put our coffee cups (the little plastic ones not the actual mugs) in the top space, and my son cleverly put some paper plates that perfectly fit in the bottom, which is great because unless I'm having company, I'm eating on paper. I choose my battles, people. Anyway, my son did several tests pulling his hand in and out of the stand and his hand kept hitting the metal shelf above. He said for "ergonomics" he was going to leave the middle shelf out because his gigantic man hands kept bumping into it when he went to retrieve anything from the lower compartment, if I am making any sense. It's much bigger than one anticipates, even staring at the listing and imaging it in one's kitchen. If you have really long slung cabinetry, do measure before utter disappointment. When we were able to get the item together, it's proven very sturdy and stays together well. It does have plenty of storage space for your cups and hooks on the sides for mugs, which when you put all the mugs on all the hooks and shake it around a little, it doesn't feel like it's going to cave in. Tension is cool!

First off, there were no written instructions included but a pictorial of drawings showing how to put it together and those artist renderings placed connections in the wrong place which are crucial for putting these 5 pieces together to make it work. I relied on the reviews of others to figure this part out and it finally came together. All that aside, this kcup organizer is just ok. I really like the wire metal frame but wish it was designed to unfold in one piece and held more kcups for the space it utilizes. I tend to order kcups by the box of 100 and this held a good plenty of them though it had the space to fence in another two layers of kcups. Instead, you have this loner shelf smack dab in the middle that, while removable, does nothing to hold anything very large or provide more space for additional kcups. I like that you can hang mugs on the front and back but I found hanging 4 cups in the front made the entire device prone to tipping over and hanging 8 mugs (4 on each side) took up a lot of space around it and not beautifully. Overall, the design is pretty but made for light use. While it looks like it can take on a lot of storage, its rather lightweight and great for the casual coffee drinker.

We're big coffee and tea drinkers and use K-cup pods as well as loose tea and bagged tea, so thought this could help clear the kitchen counter a bit. The dark finish coordinates perfectly with our kitchen. It was not intuitive to put together from the illustrated instruction sheet, but the video helped. I will say that on the video, the top hooks of the side pieces that hook on the underside of the top shelf are animated to show them bending in toward each other at the top in order to fit into the crossbars. This is a bit misleading as you don't bend the top 2 inches of the posts--you just squeeze thet t 5 side pieces toward each other just enough to be able to get the hooks onto the horizontal bars under the top shelf, and then tension holds it all together. It just was a bit puzzling when watching the video. It's easiest to assemble with 2 people. For us, the hooks on the uprights for coffee cups won't be useful. The way the cup hooks are attached, our cups are larger and taller and would get in the way of getting items off the shelves (see photo). Wish the hooks had been attached so cups would hang parallel to the short side of the unit instead along the long side. We prefer it positioned longways to make it easier to access things. Small espresso cups would work ok though.I took off one star only because the video was a little confusing, the cup hooks are awkwardly placed for modern larger and taller cups, and the unit doesn't feel quite sturdy. It also doesn't sit completely flat on its little feet once assembled. We will probably put a little shim under one of the feet. Otherwise, it's useful for all our coffee and tea items.

Although it turned out nice, I had to ask a friend to help me assemble this item. The instructions were sketches and I found it very hard to follow. But after we were finally done with assembly it is sturdy, easy to maintain and has ample room for all of our coffee/tea supplies. We are pleased that it looks nice on our coffee bar and do recommend the item.
