They working great, had a air ride on my bike that was going bad, rides so much smoother and alot less in price compared to a new air ride system 😀

They work ok but not as good as the more expensive shocks I have used in the past. Not sure why they are chrome because the fit under the engine on my softail and you can not see them.

One shock was of different length and the other one leaked fluid. Was able to return them though.

First set I received one shock was not put together right sent it back. Received new set installed oil leak right from the start. I would not put these shocks on a dam thing. Just junk.

The fit is good the adjustments are great. It not exactly stock the spring housing is smaller. Now the bad I am unable to adjust the preload for ride stiffness. But for the cost it not bad, I can swap out parts for the new and old to make a great shock. Update These fit 1998 fxstc well. I took my old shocks took them apart used the new shocks and the new adjustments for lowering then I combine the old springs and housing. The preload adjustment is fantastic now the new shock absorbers are great with old housing and spring. I dropped the bike 1 and 1/4 inch lower then stock. I have the look and a smooth ride well worth the money. total shop time about 4 hours. Oh got these as a Christmas giftgive 4 stars
