OK, so these are exactly as described. Multiple lengths of 12 gauge barbells. I ordered because I had lost my previous Tongue ring. (Originally had it gauged to 4g. The balls on this are still small enough that it can and sometimes does pull through.I removed a single star because all the barbells had the same thread yet the larger balls do not screw properly onto the 12mm and 14mm bars correctly. This was a bit disappointing as it leaves some of the threads exposed with the ball fully tightened. The larger balls would be perfect to prevent the barbell from pulling through.Other than this small gripe with them they are exactly what was advertised and are what I needed.
