Installation of the fuel shut-off valve
- Fuel Petcock Valve replacement on Gas Generator
- Prepare to drain fuel by raising the aft end
- Position catch bowl for draining fuel
- Squeeze compression clip and slide off fuel line
- Remove fuel line and insert into drain tube
- Turn petcock to drain fuel
- Clean fuel of any debris or water accumulation
- Pour into fuel-safe container
- Loosen petcock mounting nut
- Remove petcock and filter
- Debris should be cleaned during annual service
- Insert filter and position petcock, take care to avoid crossing threads
- Tighten nut gently
- Re-attach fuel supply line

Good product had some issues getting the fuel to flow thru and fire. Bike seems to be functioning properly. No complaints so far.

Worked great and $90 cheaper than OEM. Just plug the 3rd line from the OEM it isn't needed.

The petcock worked great. Bolted on without any trouble to the gas tank. I did half to change out the existing gas line to a smaller hose because the existing line was larger and the petcock incoming connection was to small but after that everything worked out ok.

shipped quickly. wasn't exactly the right valve, but was able to adapt it to atv. great price. the vacuum assisted valves are a source of problem and would probably be better served with this basic valve. amazon had best price.
