Same quality as a B+W filter, which is about $20 cheaper. This is kind of a small aesthetic point, but I'm annoyed by the huge white text on the rim. On a sleek-looking lens like the 56mm, it's distracting. I will probably go back to B+W the next time I buy a Fuji lens.

These filters can appear to cost more than others, but you really a buying Hoya quality and Fuji looks. Just keep looking for the deal, you'll find it and then pull that trigger.

Not much to say, other than that it fits; does the job nicely and protects my lense without distorting or discoloring my images.
